Resources for More Intentional Work and Life

These resources are designed for people who want to engage more thoughtfully with their work, their creativity, their relationships, and themselves.

Some of the resources offer practical structure; others create space for reflection, conversation, and movement. Each is designed to help you notice what is happening, make sense of it, and respond with greater intention—across creativity, emotional growth, leadership, clinical work, supervision, and the human experiences that rarely fit neatly into one category.

The Reflective Clinician™ Supervision Toolkit
$39.00

Clinical supervision should be more than a hurried case update or a checklist of administrative tasks.

The Reflective Clinician™ Supervision Toolkit provides a simple, repeatable structure for supervision that makes space for clinical judgment, emotional process, ethics, relational dynamics, and therapist use-of-self.

The toolkit includes separate reflection forms for the supervisee and supervisor, along with connected tracking sheets that organize responses and help identify recurring themes across supervision sessions.

What’s included

  • Supervisee Pre-Supervision Reflection Form

  • Supervisor Session Reflection Form

  • Supervisee and Supervisor Response Tracking Sheets

  • Setup and customization instructions

  • Private Google template links for creating your own copies

  • Suggested workflow for incorporating the system into ongoing supervision

Built around the REFLECT Framework

The toolkit supports reflection across seven areas:

  • R — Relational awareness

  • E — Emotional process

  • F — Formulation

  • L — Listening

  • E — Ethics

  • C — Clinical judgment

  • T — Therapist use-of-self

The framework is informed by relational, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and reflective supervision approaches.

How it works

After purchase, you’ll receive a downloadable PDF containing setup instructions and links to create private copies of the Google Forms and tracking sheets in your own Google Drive.

Your master templates remain separate from every other purchaser’s files. Once copied, you control access, customization, and collected responses.

This toolkit is ideal for

  • Licensed clinical supervisors

  • Group-practice owners

  • Pre-licensed therapists and counselors

  • Internship and practicum supervisors

  • Supervision groups

  • Clinicians who want more intentional and reflective consultation

Please note

This is a digital product. No physical item will be shipped.

A free Google account is required. Because the materials are delivered through editable Google templates, all sales are final. This toolkit is educational and organizational in nature and does not replace applicable licensing-board requirements, professional judgment, legal advice, or consultation regarding supervision regulations in your jurisdiction.

About the collection

Made to Be Used, Not Just Consumed

The resources collected here emerge from the different parts of my work—as an artist, psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, educator, consultant, and organizational leader. They are shaped by what I encounter in studios, therapy and supervision rooms, classrooms, boardrooms, and conversations with people trying to find their way through work and life with greater clarity.

I create tools when an idea needs somewhere to go—when insight needs structure, reflection needs a prompt, or a difficult conversation needs a place to begin. These resources are meant to be returned to, written in, adapted, discussed, and put into practice.

As the collection grows, it will include resources related to creativity, emotional life, leadership, clinical practice, supervision, relationships, and personal reflection.
