Dive into your identity and values exploration
When was the last time you sat down and reflected on the values that guide your life? Did you know that the very values that guide your life play an important role in the way you live out your life, work with clients, and run your business? During the first week of the workshop, you'll learn about what core values are and how they guide you to a deeper understanding of yourself and your creative business & practice motivations. You may be surprised how these values, which may or may not be conscious thoughts right now, can really help you deepen or establish a trajectory for your brand.

"What's My Unique Story?"
Developing Your Mission, Vision,
& Personal Story
When you're trying to build your visibility and reputation as a creative entrepreneur and helping pro, the most important tool you have is your STORY. It took me many years to realize that my unique story IS my brand, and the same is true for you. Once you've harnessed the power of your unique story, you will have a distinct asset to translate to all aspects of your life, business, and work with people—and feel the empowering sense of unity and authenticity that comes from making those connections.
You will uncover your story, as well as your mission, vision and artistic statement. Then you'll have the foundation for your unique brand, and the WHY that propels you forward.
3
"How Do I Talk About Myself to Others?" Crafting Your Personal Brand Guidelines
Using the information gleaned from the first 2 sessions, you'll draft your new unique brand guidelines, including:
We'll review these together in the group and allow the necessary time and space to "sit with" these elements and make sure they feel right to YOU.
4
"What is My Plan Moving Forward?"
Marketing & Online Presence Strategies
to Own Your Story
Once you're in the home stretch, you'll bring all your work together and craft your unique marketing and online presence strategy. We'll review this strategy together and make sure you feel good about it — because your opinion on how you present yourself to the world (and feeling good about it) is ALL that matters. At the end of week 4, you'll have developed all the building blocks you need to continue refining and implementing your new unique brand.
It's time to take charge of how others view you, your work, and your business.
You will:
🤩 Become aware of your VALUES, STORY, and STYLE so that you can easily convey who you are to your ideal clients and others who are interested in the work that you do.
🤩 Make conscious choices for your business so that you can achieve the financial and/or visibility goals that you have set for yourself.
🤩 Analyze, with the help of video and live feedback from the group, how you present yourself so that you know, for sure, whether you come through to your audience effectively.
🤩 Discover the emotions you want to communicate to your clients and how to do it so that your audience receives the message you intend.
🤩 Create digital mood boards, so your identity is translated into images, colors, flavors, and shapes.
🤩 Complete structured exercises after each group session, so you can work in between our meetings and make big strides week-to-week.
Then you will be able to:
✔ Connect with and trust your intution and pivot your mindset.
✔ Master the art of taking imperfect action.
✔ Achieve your financial goals & visibility goals.
✔ Gain more of the ideal clients that you've been seeking for a long time.
Hey! I'm TJ Walsh, an artist, licensed therapist, and coach, and I've been exactly where you are right now.
I’m an internationally exhibited artist, creative clinician and coach, brand strategist, and Licensed Professional Counselor with professional and academic street cred a block long.
But you want to know the reason I do what I do?
It’s because I’ve been through some shit and know how life-changing it is to be witnessed.
When I was in art school, two of my professors saved my life.
It was the end of the semester, all my art was up on the wall, and I was ready for their crit.
But instead, they stopped me and said, “We're not going to critique your work just yet. We need to talk with you. You entered our classroom in August as one person and we’ve seen you become a completely different person physically, emotionally, and mentally over the past three months.”
I stood there blown away.
I was in the middle of an active eating disorder.
These professors, people who were invested in my academic achievement and art practice, saw me and made it clear that what I was going through was more important than anything going on in their classroom.
I do what I do now because I’ve experienced what it’s like to be seen – not just as an artist, but as a human being.
I became a professional artist, curator, coach, therapist, strategist, and professor because I was shown love that day.
So when we work together, know this –
I love people. I love artists and creatives. I love therapists & helping pros. I love who we are and who we are to each other. We have the power to change and co-create each other’s entire fucking lives.
Here’s to the honor and privilege of co-creating yours.
TJ provided a very inspiring and safe space in which to explore all aspects of the creative process and to tease apart what keeps us stuck and timid as creative people.
This workshop was a fantastic opportunity to really think about what I needed to do to get myself moving again. TJ provided a welcoming, safe space to explore what's going on with my art and why it's not moving. The small group environment was just the right size to help me learn from others, and share my own issues without being overwhelmed. Talking with others about my blocks seems to be a powerful part of the solution. I would recommend this experience!
TJ is so incredibly supportive and really knowledgeable about the inner work we need to do to shift from where we are to where we want to be!
With ADHD and just general low self-esteem, I've had a hard time telling my story and choosing which medium to tell it with (creative writing, photography, or performance).
I am so excited to set my vision by giving a ROLE to all the parts that make it possible: my story, my values, and even my fears.
I'm feeling more excited about tackling my next big project! Its still in its bare bone stages but a lot of this introspection is also helping to shape what this next film will be. I've been thinking about it so externally I forgot I could put myself and my values more into it.
